Artist Anthony Picardo recently invented in his Palm Desert, California Studio a new 21st century art form called FRAC-ART.
Picardo’s new photographic method enables the fracturing of the rainbow into extraordinary images. In his latest work, Picardo’s 2021 Frac-Art collection has captured amazing new colors far beyond the rainbow spectrum.
AmerAsian BONSEKI
Bonseki is the ancient Asian, 7th century art of sculpting sandstone into miniature landscape elements of classic Asian design. A. Picardo has put his 21st Century design touch on this ancient art creating abstract and surreal, organic designs. The artist’s 2021 collection consist of 150 exquisitely carved and sculpted miniature sandstones.
Sandstone has long held the Asian symbol for creativity.
A. Picardo performs Bonseki
at his Palm Desert, California studio, and is an Exhibition Artist presenting his works at Gallery openings, public and private events, especially charity functions
Since 1970, A. Picardo has worked in several different artistic mediums including painting, sculpting, bonsai, lapidary and photography.
The Artist’s lifetime collection is now being released.
